Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

*We work hard to find you the best quality products in each country. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us by emailing us at info@worldchic.com with the subject "refund request" or "exchange request" along with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

 

Returns

For returns please email: info@worldchic.com with the subject line - "return request" with your order number and reason for return.

We are happy to process returns and cover your return shipping label - as long as your return request is within 14 days of your delivery date or in person purchase.  Please make sure to reach out to us within this time frame, as we do not accept returns past the 14 day mark. In order to receive your refund, the product must be returned in it's original condition and all tags. Damaged or broken product will not be granted a refund. Your purchase will be credited back to your original payment method within within 5-10 days of our receiving the product.

 

Exchanges

For exchanges please email: info@worldchic.com with the subject line - "exchange request" with your order number and reason for exchange.

We are happy to process exchanges after receiving the product back in its original condition within 14 days of your delivery date or in person purchase. Please make sure to reach out to us within this time frame, otherwise we cannot process your exchange. As long as the product is not broken or damaged and is in its original condition with all tags on, we will be able to process your exchange for the same item in a different size or a another item with lesser or equal value. If you choose to exchange your item for another that is of lesser value, you will be credited for the remainder to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns or exchanges.

In regards to our leather products, here is information provided by our manufacturers: “The Vegetable tanned leather is a natural material, so imperfections, wrinkles and color irregularities are to be considered as high quality.”
