We are happy to process exchanges or returns after receiving the product back in its original condition within 14 days of your delivery date or in person purchase. Please make sure to reach out to us within this time frame. As long as the product is not broken or damaged and is in its original condition with all tags on, you will be sent a return packaging slip.
