RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to process exchanges or provide store credit with the return of the original item within 7 days of your delivery date or in person purchase. Please make sure to reach out to us within this time frame. As long as the product is not broken or damaged and is in its original condition with all tags on, you will be sent a return packaging slip.  Credit will be given to be used at WorldChic.com within 5-7 days of receiving the return for the full product value. To get started on your store credit return or exchange, please send an email to Info@WorldChic.com with the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request” and also include the following:

  • Order Number (If Known)

  • Product Name

  • Size and Color (If Applicable) 

  • Reason for Return/Exchange

We will reply to your email with more information for shipping the product back!

If there is a manufacturer issue with your product upon arrival, please reach out to us at Info@WorldChic.com with the subject “Return Request” and a picture of the manufacturer issue. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns or exchanges.

In regards to our leather products, here is information provided by our manufacturers: “The Vegetable tanned leather is a natural material, so imperfections, wrinkles and color irregularities are to be considered as high quality.”
